Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer in 1973. Briefly employed by Department of Justice and thereafter by Theordore Goddard & Company, Solicitors of London, until 1976. Joined Christopher, Walton & Tatham as a partner in 1976. Senior Director since 1998.
Served on Council of Natal Law Society for six years. Current Chairman of St Anne’s Diocesan College Foundation, Hilton and former Chairman of the College. Part-time farmer, businessman, and Managing Director of a private game reserve.

Age 60 years.  Born in Forfar, Scotland.  Naturalised South African citizen.  Educated at Dundee High School.  Completed B.Proc degree at University of Natal, Durban 1980.  Prior to this employment at Acutt and Worthington in Dundee from 1975 to 1977.  Completed Articles of Clerkship at Macaulay & Riddell, Ladysmith.  Admitted as an Attorney in 1982 and Conveyancer in 1996.  Partner in firm Macaulay & Riddell from 1985 to March 2000.  Joined Christopher, Walton & Tatham as a Partner in April 2000.   LL.M. (Stellenbosch) in International Trade. Resident Partner at Umhlanga Branch Office.

Age 53 years.  Born in Zambia and educated at St Martin’s School, Johannesburg.  Articled at Joel Melamed & Hurwitz, Johannesburg.  Admitted as Attorney in 1984 and Conveyancer and Notary Public in 1987. Appointed Appraiser in 1990. LL.M. (Stellenbosch) (Cum Laude) in International Trade. Certificate in advanced Corporate and Securities Law.  Certificate in Income Tax practice.  Partner of Christopher, Walton & Tatham since 1986.

Age 44 years.  Born in Cape Town and educated at Paul Roos Gymnasium and University of Stellenbosch.  Articled at Maree & Pace Inc. Ladysmith.  Admitted Attorney in 1996.  L.L.M. (Stellenbosch) in International Trade Law.  Currently registered for a L.L.D. in land reform at University of Stellenbosch.
