WA Christopher and IW Gracie as Senior Directors of one of Ladysmith’s largest attorneys firms, have experience and skills and the organization and management of projects with commercial clients. They have a comprehensive knowledge of the district and its farming communities. They act for all the Farmers Associations, and have already played facilitating roles during the roll out of the new property rates systems in areas not formerly rated.
IW Gracie in particular has many years experience in the field of valuations, and has conducted many valuations both within Ladysmith and in the wider district extending as far as Estcourt and the Berg. He is an Appraiser.

ESTATE PLANNING, DECEASED ESTATES, WILL AND TRUSTS

This includes advice, the settlement of disputes and land claims, litigation in the High Court, Land Claims Court and Magistrate Court in respect of inter alia the Constitutional Protection of Property Rights; the Restitution of Land Rights Act 22 of 1994; the Land Reform (Labour Tenants) Act 3 of 1996; the Extension of Security of Tenure Act 62 of 1997 and the Prevention of Illegal Eviction from and Unlawful Occupation of Land Act 19 of 1998.
